James L. Donovan

James was born and raised in Tallmadge and graduated from Tallmadge High School in 2013. His family owns and operates the Donovan Funeral Home in town and became a licensed funeral director in 2021.

It was James' father, Jim Donovan, and grandfather, Larry Bagnoli, that instilled the importance of public service and doing better for others. As Larry would tell him, "You have to use your gifts". James acts as the webmaster for the Tallmadge Democratic Club website and assists in the graphic design of club materials.
